+ -1 moreResponds promptly (same or next business day) by phone. Arrived on time. Marked van. Flexible with scheduling & does work weekends. Pleasant demeanor. Specializes in small jobs. One man business. Larger jobs he provides referral. Not off-put by questions & provided helpful suggestions to customer's concerns re: other work needing to be done. Excellent job of repairing 6'x3' hole in bedroom wall (plumber's access to shower pipes). Familiar & comfortable with the unique "traits" of older houses. Spotless clean up. Had him return a few weeks later to repair a smaller area adjacent to the tub/shower that had also been damaged by leakage ($275 for 1st job, $120 for the 2nd). I will recruit Bob again when I tackle the laundry & those walls require patching.
Description of Work: Plastering: 6'x3' hole in bedroom wall, exposed to the plumbing, in 1920's era bungalow. Utilized a sturdy metal screening, customed to size of hole, as the base to plaster on. Expertly protected newly finished hardwood flooring & spotless clean up. Had him return a few weeks later to fix another area on bathroom wall, adjacent to shower/tub (also affected by leak). Plaster patching is primarily what he does, not drywall so much.
