Description of Work: They totally refinished my upstairs deck and windows to try to stop a leak that we had been dealing with for 3+ years that no one could seem to fix. They were busy, but Art (owner) called right after I sent in the preliminary payment to let me know that he was backed up and to give me an estimate of when he would be able to address the problem. They did come when he said they would and were efficient and did a great job on the decking. They totally replaced it and we are 100% happy with the deck. They also found where the leak(s) were occurring in my upstairs windows (something no one else had been able to do before them). Two problems I encountered were: they caulked the inside of my windows and some outside lights with a grey/white caulk and the windows are black metal framed, and they cut my steel framed door down to accomodate a new sill, and cut it too much and there is still a space between the sill and the bottom of the door. I would definitely recommend them for decking problems; windows I'm not as sure. When I called him to say that the door still seemed to be leaking from above, he set up a date to come look at it, but never showed up. To be fair, he told me he didn't work with door frames, but I felt that he then shouldn't have set up an appointment to look at it.

Description of Work: Completely refinished my outdoor decks and stairs.

Description of Work: He replaced the deck-removed existing deck, replaced and expanded the lattice, built a new deck, waterproofed, sealed, and put in new drains.
