 + -1 moreThe store was easy to find with lot's of parking in the back. We arrive and were met by a very nice woman. She was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a particular rug that was a certain size. The women knew exactly what we wanted and she had the perfect rug for us. We left with our rug and we are extremely happy with our puchase. Art Oriental Rug Company has a large assortment of high quality rugs that you will not find any where else in the South Bay. When I walked in I was surprised at how many rugs were in the store. Another thing that I liked was the fact that we didn't have to spend a lot of time looking for what we wanted. Thank you Art Oriental Rug Company! We will for sure "come again".

 + -1 moreCustomer service was great. They told me it would take a week to get the rug back and it came in just as promised. I couldn't be happier with the results. Even though the carpet is a little faded from the sun - the cleaning brought the colors back to a brightness that I hadn't seen in a long time (it had been many years since I have had it done) I won't wait that long again.
