+ -1 moreThe technician came out to install the film on the doors. After he installed the film on one door I noticed that I could still see through. I had to have the technician remove the film because it was not what I wanted and what I was told it would be. I spoke to the owner and he was less than helpful about the situation. He still wanted to keep the $240 deposit even though it was clearly not what he told me it would be. I am very disappointed in how this situation has turned out.
Description of Work: They came out to install what they said was privacy film on my french doors.
