Description of Work: Carpet cleaned in two rooms that had some problems due to a plumbing leak. They not only needed a good cleaning but also some treatment for odor.

+ -1 moreI left a message at the phone number listed. Eric returned my call very quickly and had a spot available the next day. As it turns out, the job before mine was right next door! Eric called me when that job was done so that I could meet him at my unit. He immediately began to treat the carpet. He gave me a very reasonable estimate of $200.00. The carpet was pretty dirty. All was done in about 1.5 hours. VERY clean carpet. VERY nice guy. Will have him do my main residence real soon.
Description of Work: Cleaned two flights of stairs a small hallway and two bedrooms.

+ -1 moreEric was a very nice, friendly and professional person. He did a fantastic job and my carpet looks like new. He pretreated the stains and he really works hard to give your carpet a deep clean. I was very happy with the results and with how much Eric took pride in his work. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreIt is run by a single person who does all the work within an hour. He is very personable.
Description of Work: Erik from Action Carpet Cleaning cleaned carpets in 3 of my rooms. He brings his cleaning shampoo and moves all the furniture for me. He puts paper down and puts back the furniture after he has done the work. He lets me know about a bad spot and soaks it extra with a solution.
