+ 1 moreWhen we called this company to request an estimate, they had someone out to see us the next day. Very effecient operation.
Description of Work: Ace Roofing Systems did a re roof job for us on a large commercial building in Gardena. They replaced skylights and replaced the roof with a new more energy efficient modern roofing system. It will keep our building cooler in the summer which will help reduce our use of air conditioning. The roofing crew were on time and attentive to our time schedule and always courteous. Calls to the office were always returned in a prompt and effecient manner. I would highly recommend this company.

+ -1 morePlayed a bit of phone tag with the guy who provided the estimate for actual scheduling of the work. When the day arrived, the workers arrived and did a terrific job re-roofing my garage. I was happy with the price and impressed with the extra effort they went to clean up after themselves as well as protect my belongings from dirt by covering areas with plastic. Invited up to inspect the job and the bill reflected the quote. Very happy and will use again! Oh, job came with a 5 year warranty but they said it should last at least 10.

+ -1 moreThe job they did was okay, pretty much they just completed the job of a former contractor that I had. Although they were clean and showed up on time, I thought the quality could have been a little more detailed than it was. I also thought the pricing was a bit too much for the amount of work that they had to do.
Description of Work: They had to come out and repair the fascia board on my 2700 square foot home.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE A COUPLE MONTHS LATE. THERE WAS A LOT OF RAIN THIS WINTER. THEY HAD THEIR TRUCK PARKED OUT IN THE GARAGE ENTRANCE SO EVERY TIME I CAME HOME I WOULD HAVE TO HAVE THEM MOVE THEIR TRUCK. THEY WERE NICE ABOUT IT, BUT IT WASN'T TOO MUCH FUN.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK THE OLD ROOF OFF AND PUT A NEW ONE ON. IT'S A FLAT ROOF.
