A-1 Total Service Plumbing

A-1 Total has small truck (not cargo van) with full of equipments. They have put the sewer camera into the pipe and found a concrete plaster which was dropped into there during the bathroom renovation by the general contractor. A-1 Total has worked to remove the plaster from the pipe even though it was on Sunday. They are very honest and have a high workmanship. I will recommend their service to all my friends.

For completing the "job from h***" I want to give a lot of credit to A-1 Total Service Plumbing. As part of selling my house in Santa Monica I needed to relocate a large (6' tank and dual heavy duty pumps) sump pump in my back yard. This involved firstly locating all of the pipework associated with the pump, then digging out the existing very deep pit and making a new pit at the new location. In the process the team also discovered that the check valves in the ejector lines had malfunctioned so these needed replacing. After some false starts involving late arrival of team members and changes in the team we finally got Ray the CEO to take charge of the job and put a larger team on it -- after that everything went smoothly, with all of the equipment moved, reinstalled and checked. Accepted they may have underpriced the job originally but Ray and his team followed through and did what was needed. I would strongly recommend A-1 for your most complex plumbing jobs

I am an owner of a condominium in Los Angeles that I rent out. The renter called me saying there was a flood in the master bathroom and bath. The maintenance on-staff came out to snake the toilet for immediate response but said I needed to call a professional plumber to clean out the pipes from years of buildup. I was referred to A-1 Total Service Plumbing and he gave me a quote over the phone. I went with him after looking at reviews on "Yelp" since the only review on this site was rated "F". This contractor was referred to me through a friend. They came out the next day and did what they were supposed to do. During the cleaning, an old shower-head cracked so they replaced it with a new one. After the replacement, the renter noticed a problem with a slow water flow from the shower head so they came out again the next day and fixed it, no extra charge. Talked with Raymond and he was very professional and made sure everything was done as requested and that I was happy. The bill received was for the amount I was quoted over the phone. There were also recommendations for future projects which I am happy to do since the condo is very old and I am not there to personally see the wear and tear of renters.

Said they would come and provide an estimate, but then arrived started to do "work" (just added some cocking and charged me $130.) Would not hire again.
