Description of Work: I can't believe Mission maids is on your list. Their employees stole my daughters computer from the closet of my office. I couldn't afford to replace it. She's been without one ever since and she's in high school They thought that there was going to be an open house and by the time I'd notice I couldn't blame them, but they were wrong. The company which is bonded, would not pay for the stolen computer. I filed a police report, I had a detective. The cleaner would not do the lie detecter test. The detective believes they stole the computer,as did the police, but we had no evidence. The company was extremely rude to me and to the detective. Please take them off your list. I can verify everything said. I believe the husband and wife employees are still working for the company. Description of Work: I had a pretty bad experience with this company. I was assured over the phone that my 2 bedroom house would take 2 hours to clean. However, when the 2 ladies showed up to do the work, I went through my list of priorities. Believe me, I wasn't asking for a lot, but they both looked at each other like I was asking them to do 5 hours of work in 2 hours. "No, No, we'll need at least 3 hours to do this amount of work," is what I was told. Well at $120 a pop, I told them to just do what they could in 2 hours. I felt like it was a bait and switch operation. Also, the work done was not spectacular. I moved my toaster to the left a bit and OBVIOUSLY it wasn't even moved to clean the counter underneath. I'll just stop there.

 + 0 moreThey generally did an outstanding job. The house was truly spotless when they left. When cleaning my marble shower, they used some industrial strength bleach or chlorine that literally REEKED. It was so strong that you can hardly walk into the room. You can't get the odor out, even with spray air fresheners. I called Mission Maids the following afternoon when my bathroom hadn't aired out after 24 hours, and the Manager, Peter, said that they would try to get someone out that evening to get the odor out, but it would probably be the following day. They were booked solid and couldn't get anyone to come back to the house. At the end of the day, this isn't what I call good service. This company is too busy if it takes 48 hours to correct a problem and especially a problem that affects quality of living, at this moment. More than 24 hours after the cleaning crew left, my bathroom still has a VERY strong odor of chlorine bleach. I won't use them again.
Description of Work: They cleaned approx. 3200 sq. feet, included about 1000 sq. feet of wood floors, all kitchen area including floors, stainless steel appliances, oven and countertops, vacuuming of carpets, dusting of all areas, cleaned large all-marble master bath, powder room, bathroom in the office, outdoor furniture, and outdoor kitchen area.

Description of Work: Balkina and Ruth cleaned a vacant house so that we could put it up for sale. The house is large 2,400 square feet and is a fixer. So, it was quite a job. They made the house look as good as possible under the circumstances. Parts of it really shone. They came on time and stayed into the evening to make sure that it was done.

Description of Work: THE BEST THING IS THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO CLEAN MY HARDWOOD FLOORS PERFECTLY. THEY CLEANED OUR HARDWOOD AND MARBLE FLOORS, CLEAN BATHROOMS, DUST FURNITURE AND CLEAN THE KITCHEN.
