+ 3 moreWe own a Craftsman house, built in 1913. We restored it with the help of Friendship Construction. Mark loves to work on old houses and his respect for the architecture shows in his fine workmanship. He is honest, hardworking, skilled, knowledgable and generally the best contractor we've ever had. His crew has been with him for years, which reflects what a great guy he is. I jump at the chance to give Friendship Construction a good review because the company is excellent. You can't go wrong if you hire Mark Friendship.
Description of Work: re-poured foundation, leveled the house, retrofitted for earthquake codes, reframed rooms, enlarged master bathroom, framed new shower, poured driveways, strengthened support beams, rebuilt and restored moldings, restored cabinets

+ -1 moreHe is really reputable and has good integrity. He’s a good craftsman and he has great people working for him; they know what they’re doing. They are very competent and they are just spot-on as far as construction work goes. I absolutely would use him again.
Description of Work: I used Mark Friendship Construction to do some remodeling. He demoed the kitchen and half a bathroom and put in a new one.

WHEN HE NOTICED THE PROBLEM WITH THE BEAM IN THE GARAGE, HE SUGGESTED WE HAVE AN ENGINEER TELL US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE INSTEAD OF JUST TELLING US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE'S A VERY NICE GUY.
Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAK IN OUR CARPORT. HE DUG DOWN AND HAD TO DO WORK THAT LIFTED THE GARAGE WALL AND THE GARAGE ITSELF SO IT'D BE MORE SECURE. HE ALSO HAD TO SEAL THE WALL.
