+ -1 moreMr. Holland is very hard to reach. The work he did was excellent. But at the end, he neglected to install or provide to me a wall heater for the bathroom that had been paid for. Have tried unsuccessfully to reach him.
Description of Work: Upgraded electrical in both units of duplex; pulled and replaced receptacles in units, pulled and installed outside electrical panels.

+ -1 moreOverall the work performed has been done to a very high standard and the results have been much better than anticipated. I have slight concerns about the safety factor of electrical components but I must say my concerns have always been put to rest when William Holland has performed the work. He seems very knowledgeable in his field, is very detail oriented and gives creative input which is helpful.
