From the time they arrived, they were in motion and working to get the job done right. Didn't rush things, which could have caused damage, and continued working hard at a steady pace. They delivered on everything they said they would and were really great to work with, from the the phone and email interactions, to the actual move itself. I used Ashley Movers to do a move to Bakersfield the crew was on time the day of the move And loaded up everything quickly. They wrapped everything in blankets and gave us large boxes to use for our clothes which they hauled away at the end of the move. The estimate was given to me by Eli and was A fraction of what other movers were wanting to charge me. Very pleased with the service provided.

So glad I hired Ashley Movers. The customer service was great (thank you Ely!). The movers worked hard and didn't waste time. I had two locations to pick up from and my new house was about 60 miles away. Everything went smooth. The price was worth every penny. I paid less than half of all the estimates of flat rate movers, who all tried to claim I would pay more when using movers with an hourly rate. I hired Ashley Movers LA to move me out of a cluttered studio into a one-bedroom apartment. My partner has chronic health issues and I work a full time job. Due to life events we were not able to fully pack by the date of our move. Thankfully Ely was able to update my order to a full-service move the day before and the crew of Chris, Kevin and Raoul did a tremendous job packing up our kitchen and other belongings we hadn't been able to box up ourselves. They were pleasant to interact with and moved all of our furniture and placed it carefully in the new apartment. If you've got a stressful move upcoming I would recommend Ashely Movers LA for peace of mind. They will get the job done!

I received a call from sales person Eli within minutes of putting a request in for service, I received a quote for full packing and 3 gentleman. The price for materials was added into the hourly rate which I believe saved me a lot based on how much material they used. I was not charged any hidden fees and the workers all moved very efficiently. Overall a very honest and straight forward company. The price EASILY beat out the competition and held true to the estimate. Chris Chavez and Jose De Leon arrived punctually on moving day and were very pleasant, professional, and efficient. Watching them move heavy items with such ease reminded me that I need to get back in the gym!
