Description of Work: Annual maintenance on the HVAC and swamp coolers. I just love Timo's because they are honest and friendly. They always do a good job.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 balky thermostats with Nest system.

Description of Work: Called and given appointment a couple of days later....early arrival and ac serviced as scheduled. Was given a estimate for the Service on original call. Service people were neat in appearance and exhibited a professional attitude. Will use their services in the future.

Description of Work: AC stopped working, and I thought 'oh no, I need a new air conditioner'. Called Timo's and they were here quickly, it was about 114 degrees. I thought I was going to be looking at $4,000 for a new unit, but after checking the wiring/fuses in the house, he went up on the roof, came back down, and everything was working. Said all it needed was a fuse. I was so relieved I almost cried. I worry that if I had called a company without integrity they could have told me the whole unit needed to be replaced and I wouldn't know the difference. I recommend Timo's to all my neighbors, and 1 who used them is also happy.

Description of Work: Our AC died overnight here in the desert. Thought it was a cycling by the electric company, but it wasn't. Called Joe on a Sunday morning and expected a huge bill to come out. It was supposed to 100 degrees that day. Joe was there in 30 minutes to replace a simple fuse. Could not have been more professional. He's the only service tech I'll ever need. And he reduced the Sunday emergency fee as he was already out on another call. A real gentleman!

Description of Work: The a/c tech arrived on time. He was dressed professionally, clean, and in a "millitary inspection ready" Timo's uniform. He serviced two seperate units that we own on two small casitas. One was noisy from being out of balance he levelled it checked the freon and cleaned the coils, which is very important here in the dusty desert. He explained that the freon pressure was good, that he levelled it, and that any remaining noise from the unit was due to the viibrating debris gards. On the second unit he added a few opunds of freon to bring it up to standard levels(which will lower the cooling cost) and he cleaned the coils. Overall it was a great experience thus the straight "A" grade. The tech did his job quickly and effeciently. I would use them again and have absolutely no problem reccomending them.

Description of Work: He performed a repair for under $250 that other companies wanted to charge over $1100 for. My AC works great!
