Description of Work: Carpet and upholstery cleaning. Jason is an excellent cleaner and always does a great job including sucking up as much water as possible. Other teams are not as thorough or professional.

 + -1 moreThese guys were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They were very honest with me about how there really wasn't much they could do about the urine without replacing the carpet pad. They cleaned it as best they could, even offering to do the rest of the room. I checked it that night with a blacklight, and although it was less reflective, it was kind of just spread out more. I will probably go over it again myself with my own steamer (once I buy one...) and some apple cider vinegar before I 'suck it up' and replace the pad.
Description of Work: I needed one area (about 10'X15') of carpet cleaned of dog urine.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID REALLY WELL. THE CARPETS WERE REALLY DIRTY, BUT THEY MADE THEM LOOK REALLY, REALLY GOOD. I WAS SURPRISED AT WHAT A GOOD JOB THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND GAVE ME SOME HELPFUL TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP THEM CLEANER.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND VACUUMED AND CLEANED ALL THE CARPETS WHICH CONSISTED OF SHAMPOOING THE CARPETS AS WELL.
