On time arrival for the appointment, very professional and friendly.

My wife and I accepted the quote and went to the place of business to select the countertop. When we arrived, we were told that the actual price would be about $6,900, as there was an error in the calculations. We were also informed that if we wanted anything except the least expensive quartz, the price would be about $7.300.00. The new calculation called for a large increase in labor, to over $5,400 in labor alone. We later purchased the countertop somewhere else for a total cost of about $5,055.

We hired Millestone purely from all the positive reviews on Angie's List and we couldn't be happier. They were true professionals from start to finish. Mark and Cameron were a pleasure to work with and very patient and helpful as I made my decision on which granite slabs to buy. The install was quick and came out amazing. We have experience with granite kitchens and we feel that the quality of Millestone far surpassed other companies we have used. It all came out so beautifully and professionally. Anyone should hire this company with no second thoughts!

Millestone did a fantastic job on my new granite counter tops. The quality of the work was excellent. They were very easy to work with and very responsive. Most communication was done via email, which was the most convenient way for me. I did not seek out other quotes from other contractors as I did not have time to manage that process. I counted on the positive reviews about their work on this website. Millestone did not let me down. Everyone that was involved, from measurement to demolition to installation, was very professional and did very high quality work. I had to buy two slabs for the job, but I do have some left over. I will engage Millestone again soon to fabricate tops for vanities in two bathrooms. They did such a great job I will definitely use them again. Also, I bought my new kitchen sink through them. Great sink at a great price.

We had a growing crack on the granite on our kitchen counter. Cameron came out and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done in order to fix it. The crew that came out was great. They were able to remove the rusting metal rod beneath the granite that was causing the crack and then repaired the crack itself. They really cared about the details and were very accommodating. They even identified another adjacent crack that we hadn't even seen and didn't charge any extra. The job was done ahead of time and below budget. We highly recommend them and will use them again.

At the business site we were assisted by the owner's son, Cameron, to view and select a piece of granite for installation of a bar countertop. The owner, Mark, came to our home a couple days later to make a template for a rather tricky install. He was very helpful, precise, and kind. The friendly workers arrived on delivery day, right at the scheduled time, and worked quickly and efficiently to install the granite. They warned us that there might be some scuffs on the wall due to the tight fit, but they were extremely careful and the walls are fine. Cameron also stopped by to check the job and advise us about how to best care for the countertop. The granite a beautiful and it fits perfectly. The billing transactions, with 50% deposit upfront and the remainder at install, was a quick and easy process. We are thrilled with our new bar countertop and impressed by the professional service.

Job went really well, time was taken to explain the process, materials and how to take care of. After having problems with other trades in the past and expecting the same, it was truly refreshing to find an organization in the Coachella Valley that still harbors ethics, integrity, and quality of work.

The work was good. We were satisfied with the work.
