glass repair
+ -1 moreThe shower doors I had installed are beautiful, and were installed in a timely manner. The owner gave excellent advice on the type of door to install. However, there were problems with the hardware, and I could not get satisfaction in getting the hardware repairs and or installations done for several weeks, and only got a response when I threatened to file a complaint against the company, which I had to do twice. The owner said tthat he did not have time for me because he was busy with large contracts from large companies. If you are not a large company with a large contract, I do not recommend this company.
Description of Work: I ordered two shower glass doors and large mirrors for my two bathrooms. The company installed the shower doors professionally . The problems were: 1. They never came and installed the mirrors and for weeks I was calling frequently and getting no response (They have no email address). Finally, the owner picked up the phone and told me that he does not have time to do my mirrors because he devotes his time to companies that give him large contracts, and I should go elsewhere for the mirrors. So I had an unfinished guest bathroom for many weeks because of his neglect. I did call another company and within four days they had the new mirrors installed. 2. There were problems with the hardware on the shower doors in both bathrooms, and I left numerous messages with no response. Finally I left a message threatening to file a complaint, and five minutes later the owner called me and made arrangements to have the repairs made. Some of the repairs were done, the other repairs required replacement parts that needed to be ordered. Again I got no service, repeatedly left messages with no response, and finally threatened again to file a complaint and take additional action - then I got a response and the work was completed within a few days. The company has the lowest prices, does good work, arrives on time, but clearly does not want to deal with small jobs..... So I cannot recommend them, unless you are a large company with a big contract for them.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE TO DO IT AND THEY WERE UNOBTRUSIVE. THEY JUST CAME IN, DID THE WINDOWS AND LEFT. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE GENERAL PRICE HERE IN THE VALLEY.
Description of Work: THEY DID WINDOW CLEANING INSIDE AND OUT.
