Richard kept us informed on his arrival time, and worked us in his already scheduled appointments! He works very precisely and efficient. The pic adapter had to be replaced that joined the pic pipe to the copper. We waited until the glue dried according to spec and we tested to our satisfaction.

Our hot water heater went out and I called Wildwood within hours Richard came over and solved the issue immediately. Richard is man that I trust and will definitely use him for future plumbing issues.

First visit he was very punctual. Returned my calls right away and was at my house the next day. He identified what he thought was the problem and replaced a regulator. 2 days later the problem started again. We called him for 3 days with no response. He finally contacted us to let us know he was on another job and would call us in 1 week. He called us back a week later to let us know he would be to our house the next day. He did not show up, nor did he answer our call/text.

He said he would arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 am. He sent me a text before 11:00 am to say he was running late and would it be okay if he arrived at 11:30. I appreciated him letting me know and told him that was fine. He arrived before 11:30 and promptly started working on replacing the faucet. He had the job completed in an hour. Everything is working fine and his price was fair. Overall very happy. This is the second time I have used him and have been happy with both jobs.

In addition to the plumbing issues that I needed corrected, Richard saw that my new dishwasher had been installed off-center from the opening. He shortly figured out what the problem was and corrected it, causing the dishwasher to be properly positioned in the opening. I will have additional work to be done with new bathroom fixtures and will most certainly call Richard to do the job. He is knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and fair. I highly recommend him.

Finished a job that another plumber started. Installed a faucet, garbage disposal and drain.

It worked out great. They've been out three or four times since.

They cleared our lines and installed a new garbage disposal for us. He went above and beyond to do the job and he gave us some extras. He is excellent and professional worker. He answered our call right away and responded well. If he needed anything he went out and got back right away and worked until he was finished. He recommended a new garbage disposal and it has been working great. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Richard replaced a valve in an upstairs toilet to allow for shutting off the water to the toilet and fixed the tank hardware to stop it from running. Also informed me that the ball valve handle for the water shut-off to the house needed to be replaced. Got me scheduled fairly quickly and only charged for 2 hours even though was at the house for 3.

I had a full on leak and rusty looking pipes by the hose. Probably was leaking for a bit but did not notice until a plant was removed earlier by the gardener. My last plumber retired, so I went on Angie's List to find another. Called 3 other companies, but Richard responded first. He said to text him a picture of the problem (gotta love technology), and he would get back to me when he had a quote. I was a little taken back on the price, but now that it is completed, I know why it was a bit higher than I thought it would be. Richard, is an artist! I tell you, this guy is a "methodical" thinker! Like I told Richard, if pipes can be beautiful, these were completed and put together like a fine piece of artwork!! Richard said he would meet me at my house after work. He was running about 1/2 hour late, and called to let me know so. I like when workmen call to say they are running late instead of just being late without regard to the homeowner. Richard worked until he was done which wad 9:30, without taking a break for dinner. He even saw that my circulation pump was not hooked up correctly when he shut off the water to fix my problem, and offered to do a free evaluation of what needed to be done to get it working. Richard is the real deal and has a great work ethic. I was so impressed with his work, I sent him a text the next day to tell him how pleased I was. I will definitely use Richard again and recommend him highly.

Our master bath was being remodeled, but our contractor either was not aware or cared enough to fix this before installing our toilet. Of course, it rocked and Richard came in to install a new flange and ring. Perfect install and a firm toilet! Always does his homework, honest and very conscientious about his work. Highly recommended.

Richard (owner/operator) knows what he's doing, plans and executes well. He is very responsive and professional. I would recommend his work to family and friends. The scheduled time for him to start was 10:00 am. He called at 10:00 and explained that he had to move out the time to 11:00 am because he needed to tend to another issue. He arrived and was done in approximately two hours.

He said I will save you some money, he said do this, do this, if you have any problems give me a call back but he said I think you can probably handle it and he could. He did exactly what the guy told him and it worked beautifully. The guy really saved us some money and so we would go back there in a heartbeat if we had to or if we needed to. He just gave it to him over the phone. He just gave him instructions and told him to try several things and he said if those don't work for you let me know and he called him back and said it worked perfectly, and so he saved us a whole lot of money and we really liked his style. That worked out great.

I was in a panic since my kitchen sink was backed up and I had visitors coming from out of town. I called a local plumbing company and they were going to come out for $125.00. But I saw a post on facebook from one of my friends about angies list so I thought I would give it a try. I called Wildwood plumbing but got a voice message. I didn't leave a message but Richard (owner) called me right back! I told him about my plumbing issue and he said he could come out that afternoon for $90. He was a little late but snaked the sink right out. He was very professional and very personable. I would call him back for any plumbing problem. Since my son has his own business I will always use an owner/operator business over a large company. I love Angies list and will tell all my friends to sign up.

I called to get an estimate on installing a bathroom tub and shower. All he wanted to know is where I lived. I live within the advertised service area and told him my location. As soon as he heard my location he said he didn't want my business. I want to thank them for being so upfront about that. It saved me a ton of time. But the fact of the matter is they are making some assumptions about me based solely on my location. According to responses in other reviews, they are too busy to take care of customers and apparently doesn't need more within their advertised service area.

Professional , punctual, good manners. It took 5.5 hours for the job! the $500 charges didn't included the parts, we provided them all (beside minor items like o-ring, sealing washers or lubrication that we have been charged for). Overall, if you have the extra money , he is excellent!

He was responsive and helpful. He sopped on his way home in the evening - I'm sure after a very long day. He was very pleasant and I would absolutely use him for normal plumbing issues!

I called Richard from Hawaii last week and he promptly responded to my urgent need. I am very happy with the quality of work he performed. He is coming back for other jobs I have. I will recommend him to anyone who wants to have the job done right the first time.

I am remodeling my kitchen and Richard helped me so far with different items. I keep going back to him because he just is doing an outstanding job. He really delivers perfect solutions without overcharging me. He ensures that I completely understand what he is doing and will always talk with me about options. He is very proud of his work and he should be as nothing so far was not to my fullest satisfaction.
