This is the second time Richard from Wildwood has worked in my home- He is a conscientious professional, and an honest contractor. He is thorough, and I very much appreciated the information he was able to provide about another potential problem that existed. He goes the extra mile, and I will be sure to refer my friends to him!

Called with a need to get service ASAP. He called back and worked me into his schedule. Started the repairs and was about finished in about an hour's time. I used my Angie's LIst discount. He has called back to get my e-mail address so that he could send us an electronic receipt. Very competent and professional.

I called Richard for 2 plumbing issues, both of them weren't urgent. I told him it wasn't urgent and he flexed a bit, having to attend to another situation that was more urgent. Since he works by himself, he needs to '"triage" a bit. All in all, though the work was completed over 2 days and he charged me a very fair price (less time than he actually worked), and did very quality work. He even followed up with an email a couple of days later asking how things are going and giving me some tips. He's the real deal, a fine plumber for those in Ventura County.

I needed a plumber ,now. I had a horse show the next day and for some strange reason the toilets would not flush. He came ,was a little late, but called to say he would be. He checked things and said the water lines are full of sand. He flushed for hours , all the lines in a 15,000. sq. ft barn. He said that I did not need to replace the guts in the toilet, I said do it anyways. The filter on the water line in the barn needed replacement, he went out and got it. This was between 8-9 pm on the Friday night before the show. He kept flushing the water lines until I said it is late, the washrooms are flushing and that is all I needed at this time . He made suggestions on prevention,which I will do at a future date. The show went great the next day. My nemesis has always been plumbers. I am happy to say that is not the case any longer. Do not hesitate to use his services. His pricing is fair and his work good.

He does exactly what has to be done. If it takes extra time, he doesn't bill you. He is extremely honest and wants to do things absolutely right. I used him in the past to put in a new toilet and fix something in the bathtub. I'm calling him again because our kitchen sink has a leak. He emails me the invoices. If he doesn't know something, he'd miss it and tells he would find out about it.

It took him a little bit to get back to us. I wasn't here when he did the work, but my husband was. He spent about a couple of hours to finish the work. He was very thorough and very professional. He needed to get a part, and he came back at eight o'clock at night to install it. He was excellent and a really nice person. His price was very fair too. I would definitely recommend him.

Richard was amazing! Not only did he unclog the toilet but he checked my other upstairs toilet and even oiled my front door for me as the lock was sticking and it was bothering him. He did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him!

He did a great job. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use him again. There was a leak in the sprayer in my kitchen sink which had baffled me and my husband several times already. It turned out that one of the parts which we had just replaced ourselves a couple of months ago had rusted away completely. Richard replaced the ring for me with a part that I had on hand much quicker and easier than me or my husband could have. He cleaned out the sprayer of all the rust that had accumulated and made sure that the new part was stainless steel, so that it shouldn't rust again. He said that he guaranteed the work for a year, which is really nice. The sprayer doesn't leak anymore! I will use him again if I need any other work around the house done. It was nice of him to come out for such a small job at such a reasonable price, but now I will be his customer for a long time. I have had such a hard time with other plumbing companies, it is great to find a good one.

Richard came and installed 3 faucets. He quoted us an estimated price based on the time he thought it would take. The project took quite a bit longer, but he honored his estimate. Great job and we will use again.

Richard was prompt & his final billing was close to his estimated price. His work was excellent. He is very neat, careful and professional. Best plummer we have hired in past 20 years! Will make sure we never lose his phone number for any future work!!

He is so good. He is very efficient. He is a perfectionist with his work. We were very happy with his work. In fact we are thinking that, although we don?t need it, we want him to come back and replace a perfectly working toilet. He gave us some options; expensive ones and the less expensive ones. He gave us all the information. Since we are not rich, we went in for the less expensive option. He e-mails the details; the job, the charges, the labor and other things. He had only one request and asked us to write a feedback on what we think of his service. We will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. We spent about $900. I know that everything is expensive in plumbing. The quality was very good. He was not punctual but he would call and tell us that he was going to be late. He had other work elsewhere and we were not in such a hurry. He informed us and did not make us wait for a long time. He was very professional. My husband had installed the toilet. We want him to change it to a more efficient water consumption toilet.

Richard returned my call the same day and came to check the situation. He explained what the problem was and offered several prices according to which type of garbage disposal we wanted him to install. He quoted a very reasonable price that included parts + labor. We agreed on a day he could come and install our new garbage disposal. He was punctual, did a great job and a cleaned up after the installation. He gave us some tips regarding how to maintain our garbage disposal in good shape and even showed us how to fix simple problems!

Richard came with his first availability (next day - wasn't an emergency). He was quick, clean and affordable. As I just acquired the property, Richard took the initiative to inspect the plumbing and make suggestions to improve the system for efficiency and safety. This was great but not a hard sell. I declined for the meanwhile as I am past budget with projects on the new house. I will definitely call Richard first when I need a plumber.

The experience was superlative. Richard took the fixture apart, found the problem, cleaned and replaced not only the mixing valve parts but the faucet as well, caulked everything (which the original installers had not done), let me kibbitz the entire time and answered all my questions. Will definitely call again if any plumbing work is needed.

Richard and I went over the problems walking through the place, then he went to work. All problems were fixed in a timely manner, and Richard also took the time to educate me on preventing the problems from recurring. Very happy with the service, the price, and will definitely use Wildwood Plumbing again!
