 + -1 moreToni worked diligently to find homes that would meet our parameters (and these were difficult). She showed us all of the options, and took the time to show us many homes over a period of more than 6 months. We made several offers, and Toni worked with us on each one, was regularly in touch about the status of the offers, and in communication with us. Many times her expertise and experience were invaluable to us in developing and presenting offers and dealing with the circumstances that arose. After finding one home that we could love, we found some problems and had to walk away. Toni recommended and guided us through the process of making another offer, and we got the house at the price we wanted to pay. There were more twists and turns in our story, but Toni was there with us every step of the way, advocating on our behalf. Her experience, expertise, responsiveness and true caring made all of the difference. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants a strong, effective real estate agent in their corner.
