Andrea is fantastic! This is the second time we have worked with her. The first time we worked with her she helped us find a rental property when we moved from San Jose to Thousand Oaks. Within a year we just worked with her again and she found us the perfect home. She is smart, hard working and she knows what she is doing. She listened to what we wanted and what we needed and used that to fund us our home. Every time we would ask her a question, she would give us an honest answer. We felt that she is someone who really had our back in the negotiation process when we bid on our home. She treated our money like it was her own money when we negotiated. She knows the area really well too. As we would go looking at houses she would point out things like schools, supermarkets, shopping areas, and trails that are nearby. This is valuable information when your are looking for a home and you are not familiar with the area. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for house.
