I contracted Spaulding Pacific to oversee the entire project of 100K from start to finish. I can't begin to describe how detailed oriented they are in making sure that the end product was beyond what I expected and under budget. Without any reserve, I endorse this company for any home improvement, repair projects. During the project they suggested cost savings measures and pointed out things that needed to be addressed that were hidden from plain sight.

Spaulding Pacific is the only contractor I use on a regular basis for all four of my rental properties and my home. He is extremely thorough and efficient.

The work went extremely fast and the project came in under budget. I never have to worry about the quality of the work done by this contractor. I have used them many times in the past and just now getting around to update recommendations.

Kyle helped us understand the options that would work for our bathroom and plan for the project. Kyle and the subcontractors he engaged were highly professional skilled craftsmen who performed quality work. We wanted to be in the loop throughout the process, and Kyle and his team asked for our input, explained what they were doing, and answered our questions thoroughly. Kyle was more than diligent in managing the subcontractors and attending to detail. The team was careful to protect our home during construction, performing some fairly heavy demolition, hot asphalt, etc., with no collateral damage to our walls or floors. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day. The new shower room is spacious, modern, and functional, a huge improvement over the old tub/shower combination. We feel we received excellent value for the cost of this project and will definitely engage Spaulding Pacific for our next remodel project.
