Last year I hired Ron and his crew to remodel my home in the Fairfax District. Among the 5 top companies I considered for the job he was by far my #1 choice. It was a massive remodeling job including structural changes, complete re-piping & re-wiring, window replacement, new kitchen and bathrooms. Given the extent of job, one of my main considerations was the “rapport” I have with the main consultant and Ron had, by far, the best qualifications. He exhibited knowledge, attitude and most importantly honesty that made my decision easy. And he didn’t disappoint. Ron proved to be an exceptionally reliable and approachable person which is very unusual in this industry in my opinion. The quality of work itself was superb and was done in a timely fashion. A few extra changes I requested during the construction that were not listed in the initial contract were priced pretty fairly. The crew itself was punctual, highly responsive and professional. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Ron to anyone.

Smart Construction Consultants took over in the middle of our project after we had to kick out the Contractor we initially hired & already started the roofing demo work but disappear after for one full week. Ron came and took control, he overseen the project on a daily base while he’s roofing crew worked every day from start to completion after 8 days we had it all completed and pass final inspection on first shot. Wonderful performance and great team to work with! You should try and you won’t regret.

Guys you want to play safe then you must meet with Ron prior of your final decision! My home been painted and new pavers on my driveway, this all process got so smooth and clean all areas been covered and masked and we felt that this team honestly care for us, they been kind and professional up to the last detail. We found Smart Construction Consultants to remodel a rental property we own after our tenants for the last ten years just moved out and the entire space needed to be update with the intention to bring the house back to shape for a new renters ASAP. The difficult challenge we face was with 60k budget to focus on the most important parts and we had a big dilemma on how to prioritize and what to focus on in order to have the best investment for the property. After a month of arguing between ourselves within our family what and how to do finally we mat Ron and with his help and unlimited patience bring us all to agree with the right approach. Very professional crew and never had long faces or bad attitude (to be honest our family not easy to handle).
