Description of Work: My kitchen sink was leaking. As I was calling plumbers to see if anyone can come out, RG England Plumbing Co was the only one that actually tried to help me over the phone figure out what was causing the leak and fix it. I am really impressed with the customer service. I would definitely call RG England Plumbing anytime I have issues with the plumbing. It's refreshing and rare to find a company that is so helpful and not focused on charging and payment. Thumbs up to this company all the way. I was so impressed that I had to write a review.

Description of Work: Drain to street clogged and everything was backing up into shower and tub.

Description of Work: I had a leaking pipe in the attic. It happened over a holiday weekend and I had also called 2 other "A" rated plumbers from Angie's List who did not even return my calls, so I will never use them. Robert answered the phone at 7am when I expected a machine, said he'd be there by 9am and he was bang on time with his assistant and they fixed the issue , also he noticed my door lock was on backwards and fixed it for nothing while he was there. It wasn't cheap but I don't know what the going rate is so it may be average I was just happy he came and the water was not dripping through the ceiling anymore. Thanks Robert.

Description of Work: Installed a hot water recirculating pump that uses the cold water line as the return. Cost efficient alternative to a full hot water loop pipe. Improved hot water to the farthest shower by 60% so should save me money and water over the long haul. Easy and quick install. Explained the process and the differences in detail with me before hand. Happy camper!

Description of Work: Rob did an excellent job on installing a new waste disposal and kitchen faucet. He helped us out with an unplanned repair of our water heater too. I would use him again and recommend him as an excellent plumber with a very efficient business model. He is the owner operator.

Description of Work: Installed re circulation pump on hot water heater.

Description of Work: I had a leaky pipe from my water heater and purchased a special from RG England Plumbing of $200 worth of plumbing for $120, figuring that would cover it. Rob came over as scheduled, took care of it on the spot, and we went through the house and checked out the rest of the plumbing. Had some other issues with bathroom faucets that required additional charges and ordering parts, and Rob took care of everything himself. I'll call him again when I need more plumbing work done.

Description of Work: Found the nozzle just needed to be tightened and no repair needed. Then checked all bathrooms and found no problems.

Description of Work: Fixed two leaks, one under the master tub, one in the garage and did some work under the kitchen sink. Spent too much time trying to upsell product I did not want or need. Once I blew up at him, the real work was accomplished quickly and professionally.
