Great. Very easy going, east to get along with. Doesn't leave messes. He uses blankets and cleaning cloths and cleans up after himself.

Tried to help troubleshoot over the phone since it was Sunday night. Came out the next day, on time, and fixed.

We discovered that the master shower enclosure was leaking at the home of my 85 year old father. Robert England quickly assessed the problem as being a poorly constructed enclosure. He quoted $3500 to demo and rebuild it with ceramic tiles that we provided. He offered to start quickly. The job went very smoothly with Robert on site and doing a lot of the work himself. He was very responsive and sensitive to communicating with both me and my elderly father. He got me the number and type of tiles we should be buying and the job went very smoothly until his tile setter flaked out. We lost a couple of days waiting for the tile setter. He ended up finding another tile setter and the job was completed just a little later than we expected. Being an employer myself I know that getting good and reliable workers is a challenge. Robert was very responsive, communicating with me about the delay and how sorry he was about it. At the end of the project, the new shower enclosure is beautiful. He installed grab bars for my father and we are very happy with the work. I would hire him again without reservation.

Rob was great in every respect. On time, fast turnaround, very good communication, expert services, very friendly and professional, A+++ and will work with him again for my future home remodel.

1st- When I talked to him, he told me that the promotion that I paid for from Angie's List would cover 2 hours of work. I thought okay. 2nd- When he got to my house, he came up with many lectures about the lint connection and the gas connection, etc that would not work. Then yes, he could use the parts that were there. However, I should get a new lint connection between the dryer and the outside vent. He would go get it. I said, "no"; I would. 3rd- When I get back, he tells me "oh, I checked your bathrooms, and it could be four different problems for each bathroom, but I do not have the time to do it, and it would not be at this price. Call me next week if you want it done." I am looking confused because I still have 40 minutes left on my 2 hours that you told me. Also, if you did not spend a lot of time lecturing and working, you could have done what I told you needed to be fixed on one of them. Lastly, this guy is really something. Also, I do not know if Angie's List is as good as it states when it comes to plumbers. I called a friend, and he referred me to another plumber. The guy came and did the work on both toilets in one hour! By the way, what I told him was wrong with the toilet in the kids' bathroom was exactly what was wrong. I would, at least, have expected him to lift the toilet and see if I was correct. I saw a Utube video and even the guy fixed the wax problem in a toilet in 10 minutes. Lastly to the lastly, I think that Angie's List should check these promotions because they are doing them to get a foot in the door and charge more instead of committing to a discounted rate for services.

They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them to others.

I called Robert England late in the evening about the discovered broken water pipe. Although after hours, he called me back immediately, scheduled a time to come by. He was prompt, throrough and quick. In less than an hour the pipe was fixed. I have used his services before. What I really like about him is he explains to you thoroughly what the problem is, how it may have been caused, how he will fix it and then fixes it. This is really important because if the customer is doing something to cause the problem, this is something that should be known. I highly recommend him. He is good, punctual, professional and priced very competitively.

Robert was great. He was very down-to-Earth and answered any questions you had. He explained what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He was very thorough and went over everything he did once he finished.

We had a very good experience with the guy who came out. He was very honest and very forthright which we appreciated. He was also reasonable. The cost of the service was about $200 to $300. He was very professional and very punctual. We were really pleased with him and we would use him again anytime.

Arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and finished the job in about 30 minutes.

He went right to work. Once toilet was removed he called me in and explained the situation. In my case the flange was too high and he explained how this affects the functionality of the toilet. He also check the bathtub drain to make sure the leak was not coming from there. He inspected all around the toilet and also the plumbing that removes that water from the toilet. He clean, replaced seals and wax seal and re-mounted the toilet. He also inspected the hardware on a separate bathtub and gave me some good suggestions for improving the performance. He was polite, clean, professional, prompt and very educational. I will definitely use him again.

Robert showed up at the committed time. After reviewing what we originally called him for we discovered that the drain in one of the showers needed to be replaced. This was unscheduled, however, he took the time to complete the task so the shower drain would work again. This took awhile and was in a difficult area of the upstairs access point but he got it done within a reasonable amount of time. He also took care of unclogging the laundry drain and replacing 3 toilet flappers. What was expected to take place within a few hours ended up taking about 4. I'd use RG England Plumbing in the future if needed.

He was very friendly, personable, and explained everything while he was doing the work. He came out as soon as possible and got the work done.

We liked them. He does a good job and he's good. And, he's reasonable with the prices. He's a pretty good guy. They always arrive on time and they clean up after themselves. We like using them.

They were actually really good. They worked really hard and helped diagnose that it was a bigger issue than just in our condo. It was an HOA issue.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went fine. The deal was worth $200 of licensed plumbing services. They are a very responsive company. They showed up on time and did a great job. I have no complaints with them. I scheduled the time with them to come out because it wasn’t an urgent need. I called and left a message with the owner I think, and he called back within an hour. So he was just really responsive and very courteous when I talked to him. I was not here when they came but my husband was. So I think the clean up went fine. I didn’t hear anything bad about them from my husband, and so I think everything was okay.

It was all positive and he did a good job. He was on time, professional and the price was alright.

I was so pleased with the quality of his work, the information he provided, and his management of contact and scheduling, that I engaged him to replace my kitchen faucet (which is the job cited in the details above).

Not good. I had someone else do the work. It cost me more, but I'm very satisfied with the other plumbers I called. They were much more responsive, coming the day after I called. They could have come the day I called, but I wasn't free.
