I called and RG answered personally asked to me to send picture to determine the issue. Said he could replace the next day ended up completing same day. Great service. Would hire again

Rob called and just walked me through the fix over the phone -- and he wouldn't take a fee for that even though he spent a half hour coaching me via texts and photos. Incredible.

Rob did a great job. He was quick, friendy and efficient.

Rob arranged to come out or have his staff come out quickly. They were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They resolved both issues immediately, and at a very reasonable price. Rob approaches the job by identifying the root cause of the problem and fixing it so that the problems I experienced did not reoccur.

Prior to that I used them for fixing a leak on a water heater, and also a leak in the house faucet. I would give them an A because I called them back for something. A's across the board. I would use them again.

They are great. We've used them twice.

Rob is a true professional ... shows up on time, knows his stuff and does what he says he is going to do. The drain was a little tricky but he figured out away to make it work, He also arranged for an electrician to install the 220 outlet. My tenant is a happy camper! Thanks Rob.

We have an old house with continuous plumbing issues. We're now at the point where annual servicing is probably needed and RG England Plumbing will be who we call each time! They are fair in price, prompt and clean up when they are done. Don't look anywhere else, just call!

Very good service. We received a response on the Monday the week of Christmas. The plumber arrived at 9AM and was at our house for 4 hours. Everything works great .

The plumbing is working again. Provider disconnected the leaking pipe section during the first day of service, allowing us to use both hot and cold water in parts of the house. This allowed us to have a half functioning house until the problem was fixed a few days later. This saved us from going to hotels or work for showers. Provider also cut out the sheetrock carefully, reducing the costs for refinishing the walls. Careful cleanup of the mess at the end.

H eleft with no resolution to the problem

It took awhile (1 month) as parts were specialized and had to be ordered online. Rob is a good guy and was able to solve some issues. Brought a helper that was able to crawl around back side of tub and did not need to open rear exterior wall to repair. He appears very busy and would recommend him.

It went perfectly. He had all the tools and parts. He did the change out in less time than it takes to make a pot of coffee. He was an absolute pro. Best I have seen!

I called Robert this morning & he agreed to come by my home within one hour. He arrived on time & snaked the line. He advised me that it was going to be a bit more involved as he needed to replace some cast iron plumbing which involved taking out a portion of the wall. He had another appointment but agreed to come back after that appointment. He did come back a couple of hours later with all of the materials to do the job. He did an excellent job & I was very pleased. He made sure I knew the price of everything up front & he was very neat & cleaned up everything. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing & his price seemed very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call him for all my plumbing needs. I selected him based on his Yelp & Angie's List reviews.

Impressed that he was able to help me today, the day that I called. Fixed the problem within a couple of hours, had to go out for a part. Very nice person. My only problem is the price, that seemed a bit much. The coupons listed on Angie's List for this provider are no longer accepted by this plumber. In the future I would likely chose another plumber that accepted the coupons listed if I could find them available when I called.

We have used Robert for leaks, installing new faucets and a new washing machine. He is honest and upfront with his estimates. He is on time. but if he is running late because of another job, he will always call and let us know. Recently we have had a few emergencies with water leaks and he has come within the day to help us. His rates are reasonable and he explains exactly what he is going to do before he starts working. We recommend Robert wholeheartedly!

He is was very quick and resolved this for me. He was pleasant, personable, and I could tell he was honest. I was very happy with him.

Didn't end up fixing it. Still leaking to this day.

Easy to schedule, prompt, and fixed quickly

Work done correctly, but he refused to honor an Angie's List coupon. Said it was only for first time customers. We have looked at the coupon and it says RG England Plumbing Co Inc Coupon Receive $200 worth of plumbing services for $120 for Angie?s List members!!! No mention is made of first time customers.

So far, no charges but lots of good advice. He is the plumber we will call when the next plumbing problem arises. We recommend him highly!

He was great and showed up the same day that I called him.

Project is going to be more expensive, and we will go a different route.
