We had a small job, but wanted someone who knew what they were doing, and was licensed and insured. We had a row of spanish clay tiles that had slid down the roof, out of place. We called Reliable Roofing, and received a call back right away. The woman who scheduled the estimate was helpful and pleasant, and Ken (the owner) came to give us an estimate within a few days. He found a few cracked tiles that needed to be replaced as well, and suggested that we clean the very clogged gutters and caulk in a couple of places as well. He gave us a written estimate for the work, which seemed reasonably priced, and showed up several days later, when scheduled, to do the work. He took the time to explain why the tiles had slid out of place, and how he would fix the issue. He seemed to take pride in his work, and cleaned the patios of leaves and dirt when he was finished.

They did a great job. They're a family run business. Every time you call you talk to someone who really takes an interest in the company and they're very good with their customers.
