They keep time. Gary and his people arrived just at the time we had agreed, and completed the job pretty fast.

Unbelievable! I manage a property for the owner of a large home, which is what I stated when I called to scheduled a time for an estimate. After confirming our appointment I was told they couldn't meet me because I was not the owner, who lives out of state. Waste of time. Their loss on what would have been a good size project.

Things went incredibly well all the way...from the very first time I called to set up the estimate, I felt that the company was a good fit. Kens wife called me to confirm as I requested--then even when I missed the call, Ken still graciously showed up on time--Thus we had our meeting and things have gone on just as well and smoothly since. Altogether because Reliable is a smaller company and I found this helpful because it let Ken often stop by here and up on the roof himself so I have confidence that the work is being don't to the standard standards we agreed to as being goo enough to get by for few years at least., while remaining within my budget.
