Store did not have items in stock. Ordered them for us and charged us the total price. Said first the lights would be in 3 days, then two weeks. After more then 2 weeks, no follow up call, called store. Lights would not be in until middle of June. cancelled order and got money back.
Description of Work: ordered garage lights.

[member name removed], I'm sorry about what happened with your lights, it is never our intention to mislead you on when your products are coming in, however there are times the company doesn't let us know that they are backordered, not that this is an excuse, but we are at the mercy of the product manufacture. With that said, the light you ordered actually just shipped and is on its way to us, so if you haven't found anything it should be here this week. If there is anything else you ever need we'd love to try and help you and try ordering from another company that will make sure to give us a proper lead time. Again, sorry about what happened, but we have been here for 20 years and strive our hardiest to make customers as happy as possible, but some times we are human and there are mistakes.
