 + -1 moreIt started well but when the shower enclosure came in I noticed a chip on one of panels. Installer assured me someone will call to come up with a solution. 6 Weeks later I had to call since no-one ever reached out. After several attempt finally Luis offered a $250 credit back to my credit card so I agreed as I didn't want to go through another months of waiting and a new installation. 4 weeks later I called Luis since I didn't get the credit. He said accounting was out of the office and will get that credit out next week. 2 months later and after not getting a respond back anymore I called the office and spoke to Mike. Mike said he will personally leave a note for accounting and get that credit out immediately. That was weeks ago. So if you are interested in any after sale service or call back, this may not be the company you want to work with.

 + -1 moreWe got several quotes for this and Oakstone was both the low bidder and highest quality provider. They came and conducted intial measurements and about a week later removed the old glass shower enclosure and installed the new enclosure in less than 2 hours. Work was on time, good quality, and professionally finished. If you're looking for a glass shower enclosure, we suggest you ask for 1/2" glass and 'clips' for installation as opposed to 'channels'.
Description of Work: Fabricated and installed a new custom shower enclosure of frameless 1/2" glass.
