+ -1 moreScott McIntyre is great! Highly recommend for computer assistance. Scott was quick to respond to my inquiry, asked the right questions and got to the root of the problem swiftly. We handled all of our communication via email and text. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the issue and emailed a link for step-by-step instructions to remedy the issue. Problem solved! Scott generously did not charge for his time. If you need computer help, please do yourself a favor and call Scott!

He was here when he said he would be and is very nice and won't waist time getting to the problem. He really knows his computers and full of useful information. Description of Work: My computer was running at record low speed and was over six years old. The adware and pop-ups made it impossible to get anything done on any websites. Scott from My Computer EMT came to my business the same day I called to give CPR to what I thought was a dying computer. I just wanted him to fix it enough for me to have a little time to research which new one I would replace it with. But after Scott was done with it I no longer needed to buy a new one. Scott made my computer fast and better than new. He is the go-to-guy for everything, and a true professional. If you need computer repair or just a tune-up or advice on your network don't contact anyone except My Computer EMT and Scott.

+ -1 moreMy Dell laptop had some software issues...I found Scott here on another online consumer review website today and contacted him via phone...I left him a voicemail and he returned my call very quickly - like 15-20 minutes later. We talked about the laptop's issues issues for a bit, and talked about pricing, and luckily, he could fit me in today. We agreed on a time, and he was like 10 minutes early...it was like 30 seconds after I'd got home. Scott got right to work and got my ailing laptop up and running again...and for such a reasonable price! Scott knows his stuff...I highly recommend him!
