+ -1 moreDoug is reliable, capable, efficient, honest, and reasonable. Doug has worked for us for years at residential and commercial properties, doing both repairs and new installation. He is amazing!
Description of Work: As a General Contractor, Doug installed entire HVAC systems at numerous residential sites. Since my retirement, Doug performed numerous repairs and replaced units at several residential and commercial properties.

+ -1 moreDoug, the owner of Len Airconditioning & Heating usually comes out to do his service work himself. Since he was doing a furnace removal, and install he brought another journeyman with, to assist in a speedy install. Doug is one of the "Good guys" who once again left me feeling I got my money's worth. His work is professional and pricing very competitive. I had used him in the past to do service work on my air cond../heating system and that's why I turned to him for the "Big job." After installing the new furnace I felt the noise level was a bit much. It had nothing to do with a faulty installation, or sub par product. It was just a product of my home. I called and Doug came out, spent over an hour adding sound deadening material, along with "Adjustments" and solved the problem. He is the best and has my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: Len Airconditioning & Heating installed a new gas furnace in my home.

Description of Work: We had been getting lots of contradictory estimates about replacing our heating and A/C system because my husband figured was getting old and some guy he had out said it was old and needed to be replaced. We had five different estimates about what to do, all of them were different. We wanted to change the house to two zone heating and A/C and the prices were all over the place. So, I called our plumber and asked who he recommended for A/C and he said Len Air. So this gentleman came out and his basic answer was, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." He said to wait until the unit breaks and then replace it. So, he got no money out of the call, but I really appreciate his honesty and will use him for maintenance and the replacement of the system when it does fail. He was half an hour late, but he called to tell us, and my husband was home all day, so that wasn't an issue.
