+ -1 moreThere has been no opportunity for services to even begin. We have called Ken Hansen Electric six times, four of which were today, 10/27/16, well before their 7:00pm closing time. We have heard nothing back, for having reviews of great service and communication, I am severely disappointed in them. Their lack of consideration for customer service is shining through.
Description of Work: We need an evaluation and estimation for power not working on half of the downstairs of our house, and one outlet upstairs.

Description of Work: Replaced my pool on/off box that had shorted out and was very old and broke under the ground. Replaced can lights in kitchen and replaced fixtures in the house as well as trouble shooting bedroom electrical out lets and switches.

+ 0 moreAfter an hour Ken found the problem in one outlet behind my desk. Not an easy task. When he found that he replaced and the problem was fixed. He also checked other outlets and found no further issues. The next day he came to replace two lights we had purchased for our kitchen. He completed both within an hour. Exceptional person and a fair price. Would always recommend.
Description of Work: Replaced electric outlets that had interrupted several lines in my home. Also installed two light fixtures in the kitchen.

Before getting the work done, Ken was very responsive in providing advice and estimates over e-mail and phone. Prices were reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend Ken.
