+ -1 moreWhen I first started using JPS Pool Works, Jeremy was great. My pool chemicals were completely messed up by the last maintenance company. He got the chemicals balanced and the pool looked amazing. I used JPS Pool Works for less than one year. During April of this year, I noticed that Jeremy was spending less and less time weekly servicing my pool. Several times there was no service at all. Sickness was the excuse given. On Thursday, May 12,2024, my video security cameras showed that Jeremy arrived at 9:41 AM and departed on 9:47 AM, performing maintenance for 6 minutes. I confronted him via text message, and he informed me that he was out of state and because of a short week that was why the 6 minutes and if I wanted to hire someone else that was ok. I said as I was meeting my commitments to him by paying his service bill on time, I expected that my pool would be cleaned satisfactorily on time. HE THEN QUIT! For the May 2024 service bill, I was charged an additional $175 for warm weather chemicals which I paid promptly. I told Jeremy to keep the balance of the monthly maintenance charge but to return the $175. To date, he has not done so. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO HIRE JPS POOLWORKS, DO NOT!!!!!

+ -1 moreWe have been working with JPS pool works for two months now and are very happy with the service. We have had tons of questions and it has been easy communicating, as well as, trouble shooting our various issues. I think that we are getting a great quality service for an affordable price. Most importantly we can enjoy our pool.
Description of Work: We recently moved in to a new house with a pool and need help maintaining it. The pool has a number of trees close to it and needed some serious TLC.

+ -1 moreEverything went great! Jeremy was prompt and his estimation for completion was 100% accurate. Jeremy is now my regular service provider and he does a maintenance visit once a week.
Description of Work: The previous owner of our house had 3 large dogs. The dogs were allowed to use the pool and there was a lot of residual dog hair after we moved in. Jeremy drained our pool, helped us refill it and added all the chemicals needed to have a clean pool! He also repaired our pool vacuum, used a special vacuum to clean the pool walls, and fixed our duck chlorinator! We're in LOVE with our pool now!
