+ -1 moreStuart is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional, and came highly recommended from several sources. The only reason this report does not get an A rating is because, in my particular case, I could not be present during the inspection, and Stuart does NOT take photographs. Not even with a cell phone. As a result, there was some definite confusion about some of the items in his inspection, and these confusions were never resolved. A simple digital picture would have resolved them.
Description of Work: Stuart Glazer performed a complete home inspection.

+ -1 moreMr. Glazer was excellent, thorough, and happy to explain the details of his examination. We had a printed and bound the report at the end of the inspection. My father, who is a civil engineer and who was present at the home inspection, was also very happy with his work.
Description of Work: We used Mr. Glazer's home inspection services on a home we have contracted to buy in Calabasas. Mr. Glazer performed an inspection of the home, pool, and spa.

+ -1 moreTHIS HOME INSPECTION COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THEY SPENT A LOT OF TIME GOING THROUGH THE PROPERTY AND ISSUED US A HUGE DETAILED REPORT IN A 1" THREE RING BINDER POINTING OUT MANY THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED OR REPLACED. WE FELT VERY GOOD ABOUT THE INSPECTION THEY DID.
Description of Work: COMPANY PROVIDED AN IN-DEPTH HOME INSPECTION BY IDENTIFYING PROBLEM AREAS THAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE FIXED OR REPLACED.
