Jack arrived and inspected and was able to cleanup my old 70's Majestic fireplace and get it working really well and looking almost new. Informed me of some safety issues and took care of it. Very happy with his service.

I would not recommend this store. Prices are great, customer service is awful. No communication between the store and the technicians. I ordered new fireplace glass doors, chimney sweep and touch up of the front of the fireplace where the paint on the metal had been scratched up. I confirmed the paint touch, twice, with Jack. The technician showed up to do the job without the paint. He apologized profusely and showed me that there was no mention of it on the work order. I called the store and was told they could have the technician come back at the end of the day. I told them that I would not be available at the end of the day.. I live about 15 mins. from the store. Instead of sending someone out with the paint to get the job done. I had to go down to the shop to get the paint myself. When I got there and expressed my irritation, I got a bit of an attitude from Shaun. UNBELIEVABLE!
