+ -1 moreThe Owner comes out himself with his assistant. I usually use another service (they weren't available this week and I'm about to have a party here) but may switch to Extra Care in the future. They did a great job cleaning, making our old carpet look good. They were agreeable to add on the cleaning of a large couch and many cushions even though it was getting to be late in the day. Considering how much time they took with the carpets and couch, the price was reasonable. I appreciated that they were friendly as well.

+ -1 moreBill always does an excellent job. We've known him for years, and his service has never been anything less than excellent. He shows up on time, is extremely thorough, never does any damage, and provides any extra services to make his job the best. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Bill cleaned carpets in our upper and downstairs bedrooms. One bedroom had a severe stain caused by a friends dog. Other rooms had several spots that needed extra cleaning and care.
