+ -1 more2 stains remained. The rest was a miracle. I pretreated them for 2 weeks before Jon came. Pet friendly process + always have used stain protector.

+ -1 moreI continue to use them and the quality is definitely there, because we had three dogs since we moved here. The carpet is probably seven to eight years old and we probably won't touch it. We wouldn't replace it even if we sold the house. He's very prompt. I actually called two services and he was there and cleaned before the other guys responded. He's very competitive. We like the fact that he don't use any harsh chemicals. It's safe for the pets. When he uses the preventative treatments, it's amazing.
Description of Work: It's organic. He comes about every three months. It doesn't take us long. He comes and put treatments on our carpet, he does preventive stuff.

+ -1 morePrice appropriate compared to the highway robbers I've encountered in the past. They're great, he owner came, the subsequent person who came has 11 years experience. Very thorough check. Did not need to clean under the couch but moved it so he could get close to it - really thoughtful.

+ -1 moreJohn was very professional and gave me a courtesy phone call about 30 min before he was coming. We have white carpet that has stood the test of time with three kids fairly well, but none the less needed a definite cleaning. I spoke with John about all the chemicals that were in the carpet from previous cleanings and how I was concerned about my toddler (because I think she had an allergic reaction to the previous cleaners and her feet broke out). He took the time to explain the process and I loved that the carpets weren't soppy wet when he was finished. I was very happy with the results and I will be using him to clean our tiles!! I would definitely recommend John and his services.
Description of Work: Done Rite cleaned our carpets and stairs. He is coming back to do some repairs on some carpet that has lifted.
