They came out to fix an issue they fixed 4 months ago. Technician was here for 4 minutes, charged 200.00 . I complained, they could not possibly care less. RIP OFF

Excellent experience! Washer began to leak, DNE came out same day and diagnosed. Two days later parts were in and washer was repaired and working perfectly. Alex did a fantastic job and price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend!!

Within minutes I received a call to setup an appointment. They were able come the same day. In just an hour they were able to find the problem and fix the dryer. Hopefully I won't need help again but I'll definitely contact them if I ever need more help!
