+ -1 moreStart: Ask to come out as soon as possible with double his normal rate.Finish: He replies, and quot;I don't want to do business with you anymore.and quot; That was it!
Description of Work: After my offering him twice his normal rate if he would come and evaluate my loss of computer, his reply was, "I don't think I want to do business with you again." I think that was uncalled for, arrogant, and ... frankly, I'll never do business with him either. A very comfortable and arrogant man! But he over-reacts tremendously, and if you call him, it's all up to your luck as to what happens next. I've solved that problem for myself: Just don't call him anymore.

+ -1 moreMy son wanted a new gaming computer and to put it together himself. I talked him into uses Daystar and it was the best decison we made. Laurence, to reduce our costs, toke the new computer parts home and assembled it their. He transferred all of my sons data from his old computer to the new gaming computer and then transferred all the data from my old computer to my sons old computer, which I am now using. When I could not find my old Firefox bookmarks, Laurence came right over to help. Also he fix the multi-users issues I was having too. Great company.
Description of Work: Laurence was very easy & friendly to work with and was extremely professional & helpful. We corresponded over email and phone. He put together my son's gaming computer and moved all old computers information in my sons old computer. He came back to fix my bookmarks in Firefox and setup different uses on my PC.

+ -1 moreLaurence was very easy and friendly to work with. He was extremely professional and solved my issues very quickly. We corresponded over email so I could describe the issue and he made a trip out to my home office a day later. He was very skilled with both MAC and PC systems and helped me integrate both systems and peripherals (printers and scanners)with my network. As well as sharing folders with both operating systems. I was having trouble understanding how to load new fonts into my MAC as well and he quickly showed me how to do it. Laurence was also very helpful in finding a economical data back-up solution to suit my needs as well.
Description of Work: Networked computers & peripherals in my office. Loaded fonts & consulted with back-up data solutions.
