Description of Work: Appointment set but no show and no call as to a reason or apology. Checking with those who referred him to us they indicated during their relationship a lack of dependability and professionalism. Hard to believe Angie's List rates anyone like this with other than an F...better yet takes them off the list which I will hesitate to use going forward.

+ 0 moreI have used Dave for about 8 years. He has replaced two toilets, one water heater and one kitchen faucet. He is always reliable, honest and responsive.
Description of Work: He replaced a defective part in a new toilet that he had installed a couple of years ago. The toilet only had a one year warranty, but, he charged us just for the part, not for the service call.

Description of Work: Had a leak problem. Did not return telephone calls. Made appointments, but never showed up. Said the gardener caused the leak so he should fix it. Bad experience all around.

+ -1 moreProblem was not solved, but Dave was nice, on time, and did not charge me anything for reviewing the problem. I hired someone else from Angie's list who resolved the problem within 45 minutes and I wrote a review for him. I might use Dave again, but preferred Jeff from another company.
Description of Work: Leak in sprinkler system. Dave analyzed the problem and turned off a valve. Showed me various problems he saw in my water system and was going to do an estimate for me...but never got it.

+ 0 moreI've used them four times. It is he and another guy; it's not a big operation. They are punctual and very efficient. I don't have a mess. Their pricing as plumbers go appears fair. They are really good.
Description of Work: I used Dave Taylor Plumbing to install a 50 gallon hot water heater. Then they installed new toilets. They have also installed a hot water circulation pump and outside hose bibs and they redid some piping.
