+ -1 moreAll it took was a phone call to Conejo Tankless Water Heaters, a little discussion about options and prices, and they were there in two days to install the heater. The installation looks nice, they cleaned up their work area when they were done, and were very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: I replaced my aged Bosch tankless water heater with a Noritz which Conejo Tankless Water Heaters of Thousand Oaks, CA installed. They did a great job. They were able to save me some money by using a lot of the existing copper pipe.

Description of Work: Installed a garbage disposal and replaced our water heater with a tankless unit. He fixed all our miscellaneous leaks and spent a lot of time trouble shooting our various problems.

+ 0 moreI called to set up appointment for tankless water heater. Played a little phone tag which I expected since it is a small family company. Finally spoke with Roy and set up an appointment for the following day between 11am and noon. Roy did not show up for the appointment. Roy did not call to say he was unable to make the appointment. Nothing. Just left us hanging. I know he had my number since we traded several phone calls on 09/02/11 to set up the appointment. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: last year we installed 2 tankless water heaters. We are so happy with the work done. Roy is incredibly reliable. He came out last month to clean and service our units...he is always on time and answers his calls immediately.
