I love Francisco at Conejo Hardwoods. I went to Leader, Flooring 101 (in both Simi and Thousand Oaks) and Prosource and of all the places, Francisco was my choice of wood providers. The company had a long line of customers that needed installation before I put in my order so I went elsewhere for installation, but Francisco spent so much time with me looking at pictures and samples trying to figure out what to put into my house. And now that I'm done, it looks beautiful! If you need someone with a sense of design to help you figure out what you need for your house, you definitely should talk to Francisco. He has experience in the design world and it shows. He also helped me pick out practical floors for my family and steered me away from things that my dog and three boys were going to destroy quickly. Also, I had a lot of square feet to cover and he helped steer me toward a floor that had the look that I wanted at a price that I can afford. He even helped me pair up my floor with a carpet sample that I had stashed in my car. I really cannot say enough about Francisco!

There are always satisfied and unsatisfied things. The work was good but the process was stressful. The crew came in but there was miscommunication between the workers...there were delays. I was unsatisfied with it. They subcontracted the stair...they could have included the stairs but actually they did not so they have to subcontract it somewhere and we have to pay the extra which we didn't think about.

Lacking professionalism by their sales staff

There provide excellent, friendly service. I go there often for all of my hardwood and tile needs.

We scheduled this installation on short notice. The installation crew showed up on time and were very careful with the furniture they moved. The installation of the flooring went faster than we expected but was done with great precision. The finishing touches of installing the base shoe and grout at tile and wood junctions made for a very clean look. The job site was left immaculately clean and we were giving tips on how to care for this wood flooring. We are very pleased with this improvement t to our home and the workmanship of the installation. This was more expensive than we wished but we would definitely use this company in the future.

Our experience with Conejo Hardwoods was a pleasure from the initial estimate provided by Richard through the completion of the project. Conejo hardwoods removed existing carpet, prepped and installed Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room and guest room to match existing flooring in the remainder of downstairs. They did an excellent job lacing the new flooring into the existing floors. The install lasted the estimated 4 days. The installers were pleasant, professional, punctual and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I would highly recommend Conejo Hardwoods and Stone.

Our salesperson, Richard, was very helpful, professional and patient. He took time to provide information on all types of flooring and discuss what would be best for our household. Once we decided on the wood, the installation went smoothly and much quicker than I anticipated. The installation team did a wonderful job. They paid attention to the details and left the site very clean.

The crown molding was fantastic. The man they refereed was so good.

I HAD THE FIRST INSTALLATION OF THE KITCHEN, FAMILY ROOM, DINING ROOM AND I HAD ONE PROBLEM THAT I HAD TO CALL ON AND THEY FIXED. THE NEXT INSTALLATION WAS THE STAIRWAY AND THE WORK WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND I AM STILL NOT HAPPY.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE EXPERIENCED, AND THE MEASUREMENTS WERE ACCURATE. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW THEIR JOB.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE TIME TI TOOK TO GET THE JOB COMPLETED. I FOUND THE PRICE FAIR AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

RAUL'S WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE WORK WAS OF TOP QUALITY. THE ONLY THING WAS THAT B/C THEY WERE FINISHING SOMEONE ELSE'S JOB, WE HAD TO PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ITEMS.

CONEJO HARDWOODS HAS A HUGE SELECTION FOR HARDWOOD FLOORS AND MOLDINGS. THEY WILL HELP WITH DESIGN FOR FLOORS IN YOUR HOME AND INSTALL IF YOU WISH. I DID MOST OF THE WORK MYSELF BUT THEY HELPED ME BY TELLING MANY STEPS TO TAKE IN ORDER TO DO THE WORK MYSELF. THE PRODUCT THEY CARRY IS VERY GOOD ESPECIALLY THE MOLDINGS.
