+ -1 moreHad a scheduling conflict initially. Henry the owner called and apologized and took responsibility. Then he personally came out and made a us a heavy duty screen patio door. I was very impressed by the fact that he took responsibility and personally came out to make things right! I would like to delete my previous review, but it doesn't seem I am able to.

+ -1 moreI called for service in May of 2014, Henry did not show up, I called him repeatedly in June and July to come and replace the broken screens, This guy doesn't even bother calling back, so I gave him a final call and explaining that I had called him on several occasions, he tell me that it was his busy season and he could't show up, but now he would. Henry never showed up to fix the screens.
Description of Work: Put in new retractable screens in 2013.

Description of Work: I simply bought parts for screens I maintain in rural location. I could not find the proper parts at the warehouse hardware stores. They stocked the parts and sold them for a reasonable price without any strings attached. I was pleased. While I was waiting I observed the owner discussing a potential job with an older woman who arrived before I did. He seemed to be responding to what the she needed in a courteous manner without a hard sales approach. He was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about as he showed her examples of various options from displays he had in his shop. I can not comment on prices because I did not see a quote or have enough knowledge to know what would be appropriate. If I needed someone to install screens or windows in my house I would have no problem using them.

Description of Work: Put in a high quality screen door....quite a difference from the Home Depot quality...has three hinges, so does not sag at all. I am going to have them put in another door. Very good experience. The man who installed it did a great job....very professional.

Description of Work: All new wooden screens were built for all the windows of my house and screens replaced on the 2 french doors. Replaced existing wood shutters with new, vinyl shutters.

Based on the information I received I thought they were going to install and build the screen the first appt, but they just did measuring, had us review product photo samples, and we made an appt. for them to come out again and build/install the screen. Less than a week from my first appt, they came out and built/installed the screen right here at my house, which was very convenient. We compared prices with other companies and Henry's prices are very competitive.
Description of Work: We had a new screen door built/installed on our patio. Henry was very friendly and professional, we would use them again.
