Ron and his team were so professional and super friendly, installed new air conditioner for me, over the moon, so happy, they really are comfort heroes, one thousand stars for sure TY

I was rather disappointed with the whole scenario. Instead of trying to clean the ducts and all that, he was saying how bad my furnace was, and I know it is old. He said we needed a new furnace, and wouldn't clean the ducts because of that. What really got me, was that he put one of his huge stickers, which must be 7x7 with his name and company and all of that on my furnace. That irritated me. I was not happy with him at all. He just came out and told me how much a new heater would be. He didn't do any service. He gave us a verbal quote for a new heater, but I am not looking at buying a new heater. He answered my questions but he wasn't really responsive.

Work pending and would use them in the future.

We could not be happier. He is the most professional contractor we have ever dealt with. The job was on time and as promised. My wife and I deal every day with contractors and suppliers in our line of our work and it is refreshing to deal with such a professional person and company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience: when in the house the technician used shoe covering to prevent dirt going on to our floors and carpet, the tech explained everything in detail and responded to all questions.

Excellent, even wore shoe covers when entering the house. Took them off when going into attic and put the shoe covers back on when coming back into residence. This showed respect for our home.
