CLOSET WORLD

WORST CLOSET COMPANY EVER! Would rate a ZERO if possible. The quality of materials and hardware is terrible. Within 10 days of installation, almost every drawer was falling out of the track/glides, which couldn't support the drawers. Called and they sent out service to fix, but drawers continue to come off the guides. When I spoke with service manager to request they replace the non-functioning guides with ones that would not come off, he said we'd have to "upgrade" for an additional $2,000 (~$155/per drawer; FYI, these "upgraded" guides cost about $20/drawer), after already spending over $13,000!! Will be reporting them to BBB. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND REGRET BUYING FROM THEM. Terrible company, terrible product, terrible service. Wish I had read reviews first!

This company by far is the worst company to deal with. Sales staff doesn't follow through with their designs to installation. If you have issues you have to contact customer care and go through your entire issues all over to every new person you talk to. My design for my closet I was told was quality and that it was not. The drawers wobble and was suppose to be soft closing and were not and same with the hamper. I was told I would have lots of room for my shoes and showed her all my shoes and I have NO ROOM. I cannot even put my shoes in my closet. The design also was not installed per design as I couldn't see the last 2 feet of my closet on one side upper and bottom. I called to have these fixed and they wouldn't fix the drawers or hamper so I had them removed which 2 drawers and a hamper only costs 369.00 which isn't true but that is what they said. This processes took many days of them coming out and wasting my time. One day they had me waiting and never came. The supervisor Roman is trying to tell me that he wasted product and they are eating the cost therefore, will not compensate me anymore as they made it to the design. Well that was not done correctly and not my fault I am not the designer they are. He then wanted to make sure if I was blackmailing them on social media I let you know what he said. I am hoping by letting you know that it took 3 months, multiple calls and emails to get anything done and even an apology (which only happen by last installer who fixed the 2 foot issues by redoing that area which also reduced my hanging space by 2 feet) no one else you will be prepared if you choose to use this company. I would use California Closets instead.

I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THERE WERE SOME MINOR ISSUES WITH WORKMANSHIP. IT'S SOMETHING THAT I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT, ABOUT USING THAT PARTICULAR COMPANY AGAIN.
