+ -1 moreAll went well until after I paid him and he casually handed me the broken blade from our outdoors fan that he broke. He did not offer to pay anything for it. The fan was almost new. It could not be fixed as there are no spare parts sold. The replacement and installation cost more than the entire service performed by Christopher.

Description of Work: I bought a deal from one of the online services. I called Christopher in May and he said the soonest he could schedule me in was June 22 nd so I took it because I wasn't in a huge hurry. I called the prior day to confirm the appointment and his mailbox was full and unable to accept messages. I then sent him a text to confirm and call me back. Zero response. I called the online service and notified them that my service had not been fulfilled and they said they would send me a refund check. Apparently, he has had several other complaints and most likely overbooked himself. I would NEVER use him or recommend him.

+ -1 moreWe scheduled 2-3 weeks in adavnce for the window cleaning. He was scheduled for 1:00pm and when I called at 1:10, he said he was busy and would be over in an hour. There were 2 other calls the same day to re-schedule, in which he never showed up or called to tell me. The next day, he was unapologetic and said he would be over the following Monday, to which he still never showed. He was very unprofessional and didn't even care.
Description of Work: I bought a certificate for him to wash my windows.
