 + -1 moreI would not use or recommend Eddie for work on your house. He was not punctual and did leave a mess in my garage. Lastly, homeowners beware that he upcharges you at the end for work not discussed but assumes he is owed (Bad Business Practices).

Description of Work: Wasted 6 weeks with Eddie Sillari trying to get measurements to install windows after the bid was awarded to his company. He's done this to me personally twice on two different projects. I gave him the benefit of the doubt this time, but was sorely disappointed.

 + -1 moreThey showed up when they had to. They're very nice gentlemen. They came out pretty quickly. I definitely would recommend them. The pricing was fair. It's probably one of the best that I got. They called me right away.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Eddie Sillari is very thorough, pays careful attention to details, explains what needs to be done and how he recommends it be done. He informed me immediately of any unforeseen problems such wood rot and made sure I could see the problem to make my own decision of what to do without any pressure. He did exactly what he said he would do, was punctual and reliable. He carefully double checked the measurements for the window order. He was recommended by Agoura Sash and Door to install the windows and earned my confidence as well.
Description of Work: Replaced four large windows with nail on aluminum double glazed windows, repaired sills and stucco around windows. Replaced wood beamed patio structure including seven 4 x 8 rafter beams, one 6 x 8 post, 10' 6 x 12 beam, galvanized steel caps on all exposed wood tops, 23' of fascia trim. Required removal and replacement of roof decking over part of patio. (Roofing was done by a roofer.)
