+ 0 moreOnce we made our selection (assisted by taking samples of our choices home to check them out before purchasing), they placed the order and then held the carpet at their warehouse for several months while we had painting and a kitchen re-done. They were extremely flexible when we had to move our installation date several times. And the installation went very smoothly. There were 2 installers and they moved all the furniture (once we had cleared the tops and shelving content). They were very efficient, professional and courteous, and were finished in two days (6 rooms and 2 hallways), cleaning up well before leaving. I would highly recommend this company for carpeting.
Description of Work: Shopping for carpeting can be overwhelming because of the extensive choices. Both sales people we dealt with at Carpet-Tyme (Tom, the owner and Alex) were very informative, helpful and knowledgeable, and they were not high-pressure in any way.

Description of Work: We had a representative come out to give us an estimate. It's been three days and no call back. We left our home and two cell numbers.Representative did not leave a card. He said he would have our estimate the next day.I called the office and no answer.We used them 10 years ago and they did a good job so we thought we give our buisness to them again. I guess repeat customers are not that inportant. We will be searching another carpet company through Angies list.

+ -1 moreTHE SALES STAFF WAS QUITE HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE RIGHT PAD AND ASTROTURF TO SIMULATE A DIRT SOFTBALL FIELD. THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED IN 4 HOURS, AND THE INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND LEFT THE WORKSPACE CLEAN.
Description of Work: INSTALL 12 X 45 FOREST GREEN ASTROTURF AND PAD IN GARAGE WITH METAL SIDE CLAMP DOWNS FOR INDOOR BATTING CAGE.
