+ -1 moreKory made two visits to our home to discuss options and pricing. He clearly knew the codes and presented a wide range of options to hit our price point. He was quite clear about what was and was not included with the price and offered referrals to painters. The quality of his work was very good. He was very fast and efficient finishing the job on time. I would definitely recommend Kory.
Description of Work: Kory installed a custom oak hand rail, newel posts and spindles on our stairwell as well as accompanying trim.

+ 0 moreHe's amiable to do extra work. He is willing to lower his prices a little bit, if we ask him to. He happens to live nearby. We have a rental. He has gone over and delivered packages we had there. He's real amiable to whatever we need. My husband is extremely detailed oriented, and almost difficult to work with. He really likes Corey. The painter is also fabulous, and the tile guy is also wonderful. I haven't seen the work, but I am happy.
