Left several messages and a couple email inquiries with no replly. But I waited because of an excellent experience with window washing with this company in the past. I sent photos of the windows that needed screens, but one was forgotten so we needed a repeat visit. On the repeat visit, the wrong screen was replaced (it looks NOTHING like the window that I sent pictures of via email and text). My husband was home the whole time, so Brian simply could have asked. I paid the invoice anyway, but was told that I would still be charged full price for a third return visit. Brian's work is good and prices are fair, but it's ridiculous that I paid for a window that I didn't want rescreened and wasn't even offered a discount on the one that needs it.

Brian provide an excellent service and was able to work us into his schedule at the last minute. In preparation for our party we planned everything except for cleaning the windows. My wife was very pleased and said she would be comfortable with Brian doing the window even if we weren’t home. And that’s saying a lot.

He was excellent. I didn't have to do anything. He just came, gave us the estimate and left. Actually he price matched because his estimate was a little high. I had gotten three other estimates and he said he would do it for the same price as the lowest of the three. So, I liked that. He told me the date and time he would be coming and he came back at that exact time. He told me how long it would take him to replace the screens, and it did. He was really very efficient. It was very convenient for me, I didn't have to take down the window screens and take them to a different place, everything was mobile. He did everything right here. The work turned out very good, excellent. The quality of the screens is very good. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

I had difficulty getting hold of him at first (he is very busy), but after that things went very smoothly. Brian and his crew did an excellent job.

Brian showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He removed the screen and took it out to his truck where he had everything set up in the back. He rescreened the door and had it reinstalled in about 20 minutes total. He even offered to come back at another time to replace the wheels so the door would glide more smoothly. His price was exactly as quoted over the phone. Would definitely use him again

The job was excellent. His price was very good. He arrived on the day and time he listed in the quote. The installation of the tinting was great. He performed the job in the time he indicated and when he left the job site you could not even tell he had been there!

He was fantastic. He saved us a lot of money. The windows were rare and he found the plastic type windows for us.

I had used them before and they missed a window in a high traffic area. They said I should have noticed it sooner and that they will come out and clean it for an addition $85.00. I have used them many times before and am disappointed that they will not stand behind their work.

Brian has ordered the replacement screen door and will be here Monday to install it. Again, I really hope my icky review submitted two nights ago doesn't make it on the list. He was undeserving of my ire.

Brian was able to accommodate me and scheduled a last minute service. Brian and one of his employees, Gabriel came out to do the work. They were very efficient and worked well together. They did an excellent job and the windows looked great. Brian is very experienced in window cleaning, I don't see any hard water spots on the windows. He had the right equipment to clean the windows on a 2-story house. Because his work is very meticulous and methodical, you are going to have great results. I highly recommend Brian for your window cleaning.

I purchased window cleaning service as a gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I met Brian and Daniel at my mom's condo. They were on-time, extremely personable and both did an excellant job. At one point Brian was going to the outside patio so he could wash the other side of the sliding glass door. When he opened the very old screendoor he noticed it had a broken wheel. Without us asking him Brian took the time to take the screen off the track and fix the wheel. That was so thoughtful. He knew it was something we didn't know how to fix so he did it out of the kindness of his heart. He didn't even charge us for us. Thank you Brian! We would definitely hire Brian again. Shawn

My previous long-time window washer was a no show and when I called Brian he came out 2-days later. Brian and his employee did a fabulous job! He was even able to wash the windows of my zero lot line home without disturbing my neighbor (this was very important to me). There was also a stubborn water mark left by a/c condensation on one window which Brian was able to remove with his "magic solution". Love my sparkling clean windows. I am now on Brian's quarterly window washing follow-up.

Never received bid, nor e mail saying he could not do job

Brian arrived at my door at exactly the time we scheduled. He inspected my screen door to assess what needed to be done, and he said he would get started right away. He brought all his own equipment, table and tools and tools the screen outside to his truck and replaced the torn screen. When he replaced the door with the newly installed screen, he noticed that the latch was broken, and he replaced that also. The job took less time than he had estimated, and he completed it perfectly. Working with Brian was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend him highly, and without hesitation. He is an excellent professional!!

Can not give a review because he never showed up. He canceled late twice.
