Brian deserves all this stars on this site. From the very beginning he conducted himself in a professional manner. After I contacted Brian to get an estimate, he follow through on time and kept me informed over the phone to confirm his appointment and time of arrival. Brian smiled throughout the time he was at my place.

The cleaning was well done, using water that had been filtered to remove calcium and other minerals. There was some confusion about the use of an Angies' List discount coupon which did not specify "for new customers only" as I had used Brian's before.

Everything went fine and the quality and service was good. I was a little surprised to see a charge on the invoice for the miles to the job. I think that kind of a charge needs to be up front with Brian's customers.

The team was great and quick. 

Brian is a complete professional.  He called ahead of time to confirm our appointment.  He and his assistant arrived on time.  They did the job we agreed upon.  They finished on time.  They cleaned up after themselves.  When we did a complete inspection of the work he'd just completed, Brian answered all my questions clearly and succinctly.  He and his assistant did a beautiful job.  Then, Brian gave me the promised Angie's List discount and then some.  It was a pleasure to pay him.

Brian's Window's did a great job. They installed film on our windows (no bubbles, no flaws), which has helped to greatly reduce the heat in our upstairs rooms.

The employees showed up on time and they were pleasant to deal with.  They did a good job and they were careful to cover their shoes when entering my home.  The price was fair and they had 3 or 4 people on the job which was quick and efficient.

Very professional crew, headed by Owen.  Washed all of my windows, and took apart my Pella windows, cleaning all 4 sides.  Amazingly did not have to squeegee the outside, as they used filtered water.  No smudges - and when the sun shines through them, they are perfect!  Took a couple of hours, and worth time and money!

Brian was very professional, and we referred him to a relative and an entire home's windows were cleaned in Camarillo.

Called Brian to obtain information about a replacement screen and bug seal for a sliding glass door screen. Brian was easy going and provided an estimate over the phone. We scheduled service for the Saturday after 4th of July at 4PM per Brian's availability. I confirmed that he was working this Saturday just to be sure. Brian said he would be working and able to complete our job in only 1/2 hour. Well we made sure to be available at 4 PM on a holiday weekend but Brian was a no show. At 4:19 we received a message that his plans had changed and that he wasn't going to make it. Never even called back to reschedule. Thanks for wasting our Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend.

From the initial phone call to when they completed the work, Brian and his entire screw were very professional, polite and considerate of me and my house.  Booties were worn whenever they worked inside.  They were very careful with everything to make sure nothing was harmed.  Tolerated my two large dogs "helping" them and respected my request to keep all gates and doors closed so the dogs did not get out.  The windows and solar panels look great and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We were very please with his service and would use him again. I highly recommend him.

They were very friendly and professional over the phone, and did their best to work within our limited time frame.  They were a little late arriving, but called in advance to tell us that the previous job had gone longer than expected.  The men were very quiet and worked quickly; we have a lot of windows, and I hardly knew they were here.  Before they left, one of them noticed some condensation between one of our double-paned windows and gave us a recommendation of who to call to fix it.

Brian came out and gave an estimate to do all the cleaning. He was very nice and showed up on time. I scheduled the cleaning for a couple weeks later. A team of three arrived to do the cleaning. They were all very courteous, offering to wear shoe covers inside the house, which was appreciated. They finished in about four hours, and the windows looked superb. I couldn't even see the glass in many of the windows. The screens and tracks looked great as well.
The following day I noticed a problem with the lock on one of the doors going into the home. I initially thought that the window cleaning crew might have damaged the lock while trying to open the door. I contacted Brian, who came out the day I phoned him, and agreed to inquire of his team and attempted to help me figure out the problem. I had the door looked at by a professional door company, and learned that the problem had nothing to do with Brian's team. Nonetheless, I appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to accept responsibility if his team had caused a problem.

He called ahead when he was running behind.
He uses mineral-free water, so they were spotless when he was done.

It went very well.  They arrived on time and were done quickly.  They worked quietly and were unobtrusive.  I have a lot of windows in my house and the outside upstairs windows had not been washed in ages.  It made a huge difference .  I was so happy with the price and result I will do this a couple times a year.  It's been a couple months and they still look great!

Came at appointed time, cleaned windows well.  Accidently broke a window pane.  Paid to have it replaced.  All done in a reasonable time, then I engaged him to build screen doors.  Had to reschedule 4 times, but quality work was finally completed.

Had used Brian's services in the past.  Called and left a message to get an estimate for cleaning windows, window tracks, and screens.  Brian called back and confirmed that he had our information from the last time he had done our windows.  Based on his knowledge of the prior work, he said he would call back that same evening with an estimate.  Never heard back from him.

The windows and screens are absolutely beautiful.  I do not want to water my plants because it will mess up my beautiful windows.  I had one screen repaired that matched the other screens in the house.  The house screens are so clean and beautiful.  I am a bit more detailed in cleaning the tracks.  The deep corners needed more water to clean them out.  I am not able to do this anymore.  But overall, the service was great.
