It went very well. They arrived on time and were done quickly. They worked quietly and were unobtrusive. I have a lot of windows in my house and the outside upstairs windows had not been washed in ages. It made a huge difference . I was so happy with the price and result I will do this a couple times a year. It's been a couple months and they still look great!

Came at appointed time, cleaned windows well. Accidently broke a window pane. Paid to have it replaced. All done in a reasonable time, then I engaged him to build screen doors. Had to reschedule 4 times, but quality work was finally completed.

Had used Brian's services in the past. Called and left a message to get an estimate for cleaning windows, window tracks, and screens. Brian called back and confirmed that he had our information from the last time he had done our windows. Based on his knowledge of the prior work, he said he would call back that same evening with an estimate. Never heard back from him.

The windows and screens are absolutely beautiful. I do not want to water my plants because it will mess up my beautiful windows. I had one screen repaired that matched the other screens in the house. The house screens are so clean and beautiful. I am a bit more detailed in cleaning the tracks. The deep corners needed more water to clean them out. I am not able to do this anymore. But overall, the service was great.

Brian and team were very efficient and thorough. They cleaned all my windows and doors, including several hard to reach areas. Upon completion, Brian told me they also cleaned my aluminum garage doors, which were pretty dusty. Nice touch! Highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I tried to book an appointment the day before I needed the windows cleaned. They were not able to schedule me immediately, but put me on a wait list in case there were any cancellations. They contacted me in the evening and came by late at night to provide estimate, etc. Very accommodating by the owner. The crew came back first thing next morning (Saturday) and completed the work in less than 2 hours with excellent results. Their processing for cleaning the outside was very effective, using specially treated water that dried crystal clear. They completed the cleaning of the inside of the windows by hand. They were truly outstanding.

They were excellent. She was very responsive and professional. He uses crafts really well. His price was very reasonable.

Two men showed up on time, gave me a price I couldn't believe and got to work.They washed all my windows, inside and out, including those with tinted film. They did not complain about the thorny rose bushes in the way of some windows. They washed my screens, and now we can't even see the screens when looking out the windows. They cleaned some impossibly hard-to-reach windows, one of which hadn't been cleaned in 20 years, and now they look like new. One surprise: they also cleaned all the bathroom mirrors and mirrored wardrobe doors! They did not make a mess. they did not break anything, they did not ask me to move any furniture or anything at all, they also cleaned the glass in the French doors, they cleaned up after themselves, and I am wondering why I waited so long to get my windows cleaned!!! I am putting them on a regular schedule and I would recommend them highly!

His employee Owen was very prompt for both appointments (measurement and installation) and was very responsive to the need for the screen to be very secure so that my cats couldn't open it. The screen is of good quality and I am very pleased with the result.

He was absolutely wonderful. He was responsive. He followed-up during and after. The people that he had sent could not have been more helpful. They were polite. They worked quickly, and I would use him again. My husband felt that he would not clean windows for that price. He was happy with it, but because I had for years spent half that amount; I had sticker shock.

Brian's business profile noted that he used eco-friendly cleaning solutions and recycled office paper . I meant to ask and forgot , but I believe Brian uses compressed air instead of a gas-powered compressor to power his chop saw and other power tools . I appreciate anyone who is environmentally aware .

Brian was great! We didn't have such a good start, he missed our quotation appointment. But I was determined to stick with him and rescheduled and was very happy I did. Quality job, great guys. Thank you Brian.

Excellent, efficient, professional service. Very reasonable pricing with practical solutions to some of our particular issues in our house. We have many, many small square windows, french doors,etc. Will definitely be utilizing again for window cleaning maintenance.

Brian is wonderful. He kept me in touch by phone when he was held up in traffic. Arrived with a fully equipped mobil screen repair and power window washing truck. He repaired and replaced both screens in half an hour! He was very professional thru out- told me just what he was doing. Even shared tips on power tools with me ( I need a new cordless drill.) I couldn't believe the whole process went so easily . He gave me an estimate to clean 10 large first story windows and screens inside and out for $125. I was amazed. I'd just paid $175. You can believe I'll call him next time the windows need washing. I highly recommend him!

Overall very good. But missed 2 windows in a garage and need to return for those.

Brian was a little hard to get a hold of at first,I had to call twice, but after we made contact, he was very prompt and quickly came out to give us an estimate. The appointment was booked same week and he sent Owen and another worker over. They were on time in fact a little early. They did a quality job,windows were beautiful ! I had them vacuum and clean the window tracks before washing the windows. Owen worked inside and the other person worked outside cleaning the screens& windows. I have a two story house, and a lot of windows, but they got the job done quickly but were very thorough ! I also had one window re-screened. I was very impressed how Owen, after cleaning the windows, went over the window tracks to make sure no water was left from the cleaning. The tracks were spotless and the windows looked beautiful. He really seemed like he wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. Will definitely use their service again.

Brian was very quick to provide a quote that was reasonable. There was a mix-up in regarding the date for the service. I called the day before the date of the service to confirm, and found out that he had a conflict and had forgotten to tell me. We rescheduled for the following week and he took money off the quote to compensate for the delay. He was very neat about keeping the inside of the home clean while he was cleaning the windows.

He is fantastic, I highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable, he is always on time, and he cleans up after himself.

Called Brian and explained what I needed and he told me I was out of his service area. He did tell me that if I was willing to wait a couple of weeks he would be close to my area and could perform the service at that time. It was just one window so he told me he would have to charge me a minimum amount, which I thought was reasonable. He came a couple of weeks later and stayed in touch with me about when he would be able to arrive. The job only took about 15 minutes and he was very professional.

Went fine. One window did not get clean and they came back and took care of it promptly.
